Diploma in beauty saloons and health spas management is a specialized training diploma that helps you to understand one of the most important specialities these days, and it helps you understand the core concepts of beauty centers administration and how to apply it practically, in addition to discussing the elements of beauty centers and health spas themselves. The trainees are trained on how to understand marketing, selling, and training administration, general relations, etiquette, medical procurement and inventory management. Then, the trainee studies the second topic about quality management and its relationship to total quality, and what the basics of quality improvement are, and what are the tools and methods used in quality management, and its application on beauty centers, plus an overview on the international common criteria for beauty centers accreditation.
